Youth Boxing Program (8+ Years old)

Our Youth Boxing Program is focused on teaching kids technical boxing skills, and athletic performance. Students will develop coordination, agility, speed, strength, and have fun doing it! They will walk away feeling more confident, and better able to defend themselves with  a foundation of athletic skills that apply in and outside the gym.

On average, students participate in two to four months of training before they can advance to the Boxing Team. To advance to the boxing team, students must pass a physical fitness test and successfully complete a technique demonstration.

Boxing Team (13+ Years of age)

We are a member of the South Atlantic Region of USA Boxing, the national governing organization that sponsors local, regional, and national amateur boxing events in the United States. On our Amateur Boxing Team you’ll get the opportunity to spar on a regular basis, travel to spar at other gyms, and compete in boxing matches.

We welcome all experience levels to the Boxing Team. Not only do you get to learn boxing, but you get the chance to put your skills to the test in the ring.

If you are under 18, you must bring a parent or legal guardian with you so they may sign the waiver for you. The Boxing Team meets 5 days a week (10+ hours). While it is not mandatory to attend every scheduled training, it is highly recommended to be successful. Boxing Team members are expected to attend scheduled training, sparring sessions, and also participate in Cardio Boxing classes.

Cardio Boxing

Boxing is proven to be one of the most effective full-body workouts in the world. In our Cardio Boxing Program it’s you versus the bag! You will learn basic boxing skills and techniques while increasing your muscular strength and cardio endurance. We’ll teach you techniques such as parry, block, slip, and pivot so you have a world-class defense. Then, we’ll layer in striking so you can move and hit the bag or pads with power and confidence! If you are interested in boxing, building a solid core, back, and shoulders as you burn hundreds of calories then this class is for you!
